Sir Stirling Moss

 

Sir Stiling Moss is a household name and the challenge was to update his old website to draw-in new links and expand traffic both as a body of reference and public interest, a commercial tool for business and charity partners, and an online shop, all integrated with CMS control and expanability.

Starting with the Stirling Moss brand we created a logo using his personal autograph scribed in felt pen then converted into vector art with his name. From here we developed a brand identitiy using his website templates as the canvas.

The site required a regularly updated feel, with scope for varying stories, articles, videos, photos, partners and products. All these areas are driven through a very easy to use and organise CMS (content management system). Site administrators can easily add new content to the site without needing to worry about it affecting the design or needing to know any programming language.

The results have been beyond doubt. Since launching a marked increase in traffic and completed sales has been seen, linked primarily to the new ease at which new content can now be added - giving the site administrators an easy platform to maintain interaction with site visitors.
